I offer a variety of services to help improve your online presence. My services are based on my retail philosophy, which I have used to help other retailers drive sustained growth, and this will be focused on the four principles I like to use to determine your current E-Commerce strategy:
- Traffic – how are you getting traffic to your site, which channels are you using, what opportunities are there to drive more traffic to your site and ultimately convert customers
- Trade – how are you trading your site, how often are you creating new fresh offers, new ranges and enticing your customer back to purchase.
- Convert – the customer has decided to buy – how easy are you making this for them and are there any opportunities to improve conversion?
- Retain – how are you retaining your customer once they have purchased? How are you re- engaging with them and getting the 2nd, 3rd or 4th order from them?
In addition to the four corner principles of my model there are additional mitigating factors to look at when reviewing any online retail model such as pricing strategy, mobile optimization, customer feedback, platform challenges etc.

Conversion Rate Optimisation – what is your conversion rate and how can it be improved? Are you doing anything on the site which is affecting it – I can help you with this.
Comparison Shopping – are you looking at every opportunity to use your product data feeds and push your products out to the wider marketplace? I have extensive experience in this area.
SEO – how SEO friendly is your website and what could be done to improve it? Your website platform may be challenging to work with or perhaps you need to overhaul content on the site.
