How long does the audit take to deliver?+
Once I have access to your analytics and platform, the full audit report, action plan, roadmap and KPI document will be delivered within 7 working days. The 90-minute debrief call is then scheduled at a time that works for you and your team.
What access do you need from us?+
Read-only access to your Google Analytics (GA4) and ecommerce platform admin. View access to Google Ads and/or Meta Ads is helpful but not essential. I also review your site as a customer — no sensitive logins beyond analytics are needed.
We already have agencies. Will this duplicate their work?+
No — this is where the audit adds most value. Agencies are accountable for their own channel. The audit looks at how everything fits together — whether channels work in concert, whether agencies are briefed correctly, and whether the operation they're driving traffic to is set up to convert. This is the missing strategic layer.
What platform do I need to be on?+
Any major platform — Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The audit principles apply regardless of platform, and I'll flag platform-specific observations relevant to your setup.
Will you pitch me a retainer afterwards?+
No. The audit is complete in itself — you receive everything you need to act independently. If after the debrief you'd like to explore ongoing support, we can have that conversation. There's no obligation and no sales pitch baked into the process.
