Sales in the eCommerce channel were up 10% YOY, but the company had set more ambitious sales targets to drive further growth. I ensured the product feed was updated regularly to reflect the latest stock levels, avoiding stockouts and keeping listings current for maximum exposure.
Within a few weeks of implementing these feed optimization strategies, sales began to grow, and our reputation on eBay improved significantly. By streamlining the inventory management process, optimizing the feed content, and improving service levels, we saw a marked increase in our seller ratings, leading to enhanced product visibility and better search rankings.
The expanded inventory feed, combined with better product data quality and effective promotional campaigns, contributed to a 177% increase in sales YOY, with improvements in customer satisfaction and increased repeat business. This success demonstrated the power of optimizing eCommerce feeds for better marketplace performance, ensuring that our products reached the right customers at the right time.
