With a 12 year e-commerce background, I am an extremely motivated customer-centric and performance focused Multichannel e-commerce professional who wants the best for small businesses and whose passion is taking helping smaller companies to improve their online performance. I have gained this experience working with some of the UK’s best loved brands such as Simply Be, Marisota, Jacamo and Yoursclothing to name but a few. I now want to use what I have learned in this time to help small businesses improve their online presence.

I have worked worked across a variety of e-commerce sectors including fashion retail, home shopping, value retail and financial services. My experience has covered most areas of e-commerce and I have experience of working in both large corporations with over £800mill turnover and smaller e-commerce operations of under £1 million turnover.

My specialities in this time have been online trading, customer acquisition, retention, ecommerce merchandising, international e-commerce, content management and improving website conversion. I provide strategic, cost efficient solutions for small businesses – delivering new initiatives and make a real difference across all aspects of e-commerce.

I have significant experience across all aspects of customer recruitment including Paid Search, Affiliates, SEO, Data Feed strategy, Comparison search and Display alongside integration with offline campaigns. In addition I have introduced many new techniques and channels to businesses such as ECRM (Email Customer Relationship Management), Analytic Driven Strategy and CRO testing programs (Conversion Rate Optimisation).

I also have good experience in managing large web-builds, platform changes, design and launch projects to delivering strong commercial trading results as well as improving online performance for well known brands such as Simply Be, Marisota, JD Williams, Yoursclothing, Santander and The Original Factory Shop.
